ABOUT THE ARTIST
Hi, I'm Krina Pressley! I grew up in Spartanburg, SC, moved to Charleston, SC after college, and more recently settled down in Charlotte, NC with my husband, Justin, and dog, Vesper. I am currently a teacher and local artist. Through the exploration of different mediums, I was able to find my own art style. My art is filled with joyful colors inspired by the wonderful moments I share with my family, friends, and students! Through the use of bold colors mixed with gold and silver leaf, I am able to create a special piece that truly completes a room! Because I have found so much happiness through creating unique pieces for my own home, it is my passion to make others happy with my art. I hope to bring happiness into others' homes by creating custom pieces for clients! The positive feedback I receive from past clients continues to drive my love for painting and creating new art.

1. Do you take commissions?
Yes! I love fulfilling commission requests for clients! To begin, let me know the style, colors, and size you are interested in. I will then provide you with 2-3 swatch samples based on the information you provided. You can choose your favorite one to be used in your final piece!

2. How much does a commission cost?
Pricing for a commission is based on the size. Please refer to the information below for my current rates. Before I start your commission, I do ask for 30% up front, so I can get the supplies to start. The remaining balance will be collected once the piece is completed and delivered to you.

3. Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping rates are not included in the original price. Based on the size and destination of the painting, I will be able to quote you with the shipping rate.

4. How long does it take for a commission?
Commissions usually take me 4-5 weeks to complete. Once you place an order, I will be able to provide you with a more thorough timeline.

5. Does the painting come framed and ready to hang?
Yes! All of my work comes with a signature gold or silver leaf border that makes it ready to hang!
